Auckland Airport Pickup Information

Our Auckland depot is located minutes away from Auckland Airport's domestic and international terminals. A complimentary shuttle service runs on demand during our opening hours of 9am - 4pm. If you are picking up or returning outside of these hours please see contact us for full instructions.

Domestic Terminal

On arrival please phone us on freephone 0800 842424 or +64 9 930 8271 and we will send our shuttle. 

Please make your way to the shuttle pick-up collection point outside Door #8 (Jetstar end of the terminal). Walk across the pedestrian crossing and wait at the shuttle collection point (right below the control tower), look out for a van with Mint Rentals on it.

International Terminal

On arrival please phone us on freephone 0800 842424 or +64 9 930 8271 and we will send our shuttle. 

Our shuttle pick-ups at Auckland Airport’s International Terminal are from the Transport Pick-up Zone, a short, covered walk from the terminal.

Head outside DOOR 8 located in the Arrivals hall and walk across the crossing to the far side. Follow the signs for “All Shuttles”. It will take you through a covered walkway (past the Novotel) for approximately 5-10 minutes. Wait in lane 1 and look out for a van with Mint Rentals on it.

Walk-ins: Feel free to make your own way to our depot at 1/9 Brigade Road, Mangere, Auckland 2022.

After-hours: An after-hours service is available for $50. This includes a shuttle to/from the airport is available between the hours of 4.30 pm to 9.00 am. Please contact us for more information.
